Reports quickly surfaced about the “One Less Problem” singer being a “total nightmare” behind the scenes though the executive producer and director are shutting down the rumors and clearing out the accusations.
According to E! News, Joel Gallen set the record straight on the UK Daily Star‘s story about Miss. Grande and said,
“The U.K. Daily Star‘s story on Ariana Grande is completely false,”
Gallen added how wonderful and professional the Sam & Cat star was during the telecast and said,
“Ariana was wonderful to work with, very gracious and a consummate professional to our team and everyone at the Stand Up to Cancer telecast.”
Gallen made sure to compliment Grande on her amazing performance and how the star sang in honor of her grandfather. He said,
“Her moving performance of ‘My Everything,’ which she sang in honor of her grandfather who passed away from cancer, was one of the most emotional moments of the night. We were honored to have her join us.”
Unfortunately, the pop star’s grandfather lost his battle against cancer on July 22. Through her social media Grande shared her difficult loss of looking her grandpa. Ahwww!
Before the live telecast Ariana shared a sweet message to her many followers on Twitter and said,
“Supporting a cause that is near & dear to my heart,”
She then added,
“tonight I’m singing for grandps! I miss u.”
